School is just about out and summertime activities are set to begin. That means a lot of play and fun for kids of all ages. However, for some, that play can often lead to injury and the increased chance of chipping a tooth.
Your son or daughter has chipped a tooth. What should you do? The first step is to see if you can find the broken piece. Often, chip fragments can be bonded back onto the tooth. Of course the tooth should be evaluated and repaired as soon as possible. Short of life threatening injuries (more…)
