Mother’s Day is just around the corner, which also begins National Women’s Health Week. This is an annual observance led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women’s Health. The goal is to empower women to make their health a priority. The week also serves as a time to help women understand what steps they can take to improve their health.
Many of you know the foods that are on the naughty list for your teeth. Foods like
candy and soda can wreak havoc on those pearly whites. So, in the spirit of the
